Revenue Distribution Policy

The total revenue of the fund will be divided among the 2,500 rb-NFTs. Each rb-NFT represents a fixed percentage of the overall profits. The percentage for one rb-NFT is as follows:

• Percentage of revenue per rb-NFT holder = 0.04%

This means each rb-NFT holder is entitled to 0.04% of the fund’s revenue, based on their ownership of one rb-NFT out of the 2,500 available. If an investor owns more than one rb-NFT, their share of the profits increases proportionally.

Examples:

• 1 rb-NFT holder: 0.04% of the revenue

• 10 rb-NFT holders: 0.4% of the revenue

• 100 rb-NFT holders: 4% of the revenue

Example with revenue: If the fund generates $1,000,000 in revenue, the distribution to rb-NFT holders would be as follows:

• 1 rb-NFT holder: $400 profit

• 10 rb-NFT holders: $4,000 profit

• 100 rb-NFT holders: $40,000 profit

This revenue-sharing model ensures that early investors are rewarded as the fund grows and generates more revenue.
